About the Self-Help Center

The Self-Help Center is a space at the Hamilton County Domestic Relations Court where anyone who is eligible to file for divorce in Hamilton County can access, fill out and print the forms. There are no income requirements to use the self-help center.

**If you do not meet the income requirements to get assistance from the Family Law Clinic, you may still be able to get general information about filling out the divorce forms by coming to the Self-Help center at the Domestic Relations Court, depending on the availability of staff during that time. You can also use the resources on this guide to learn more about filing for divorce.**

Services provided in the Self-Help Center

  • The Self-Help Center is a space located on the 3rd floor of 800 Broadway, just outside the docket clerk's office for the Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations. It consists of several work stations with computers and printers where anyone who is filing for divorce or dissolution in Hamilton County can come to prepare and print those court forms.
  • The information and video tutorials provided in this guide may help you when filling out forms in the Self-Help Center.
