About Conference Room Reservations

The Law Library has several conference rooms available by reservation by subscribers and county officials.  These rooms seat four people comfortably and can seat six if needed.  They have conference/speaker phones.  The rooms are not soundproof but afford some level of privacy for meetings and focused work.

Other library patrons may use the conference rooms in accordance with library policy and with the understanding that they may be asked to vacate a room for use by primary users. In the case of a shortage of space, preference will be given to group meetings.

There are three conference rooms in the new subscriber area that may be reserved.  These are the Holmes, McClain, and Ellinwood Allen room.  Currently, the Holmes and McClain rooms seat 2 per COVID restrictions, and the Ellinwood Allen room seats 4.     You can contact us at reference@hamilton-co.org, or (513) 946-5300, or reserve these rooms on our website, at https://lawlibrary.hamiltoncountyohio.gov/services/reserve-a-room/.

Subscribers can participate in both Butler County teleconferencing and ZOOM meetings in the McClain room.  Please contact us at reference@cms.hamilton-co.org, or (513) 946-5300 with questions or to reserve these rooms.

The Law Library also has the Hon. Robert S. Kraft Boardroom available for reservation by subscribers and county officials.  Other people may rent it at a rate of $100/hour, given appropriate uses.  It can accommodate 24 people at tables with regular chairs comfortably and 30 people less comfortably.  Our maximum room capacity without tables is 35 people.  The Boardroom is equipped with a a conference phone, a ceiling projector, a screen, and sound, and can be used for webinars, videoconferences, and computer presentations.  Please click on the Videoconferencing tab above for more information about that service.

To reserve a conference room, see any member of the library staff or call 513.946.5300 or email reference@cms.hamilton-co.org
