Laws regarding mobile home purchase and foreclosure may differ depending upon individual circumstances. Below are three general scenarios of mobile home ownership and some laws that MAY apply:

Purchasing a mobile home that is affixed to the land on which it sits:

  • O.R.C. § 4503.06(C) - (Provides information about when mobile homes are affixed to the land on which they sit.)
