Evictions: Requirements and Defenses

There are additional requirements for landlords to evict tenants from federally subsidized housing, including evicting tenants who hold Section 8 vouchers, and additional defenses to eviction.  There are also specific requirements for termination of  a Section 8 voucher. Much of this information can be found in the Code of Federal Regulations.

Housing Choice Voucher:
